Not a patch on Bowie in 2000, that was the blueprint of a legendary artist.

Seeing as Bowie died in 2016, that must've been an impressive performance![]()

I know a couple of songs that he's played, but I think he maybe should've just stuck to the Beatles stuff.
I think Cliff Richard stole a living from the music industry but he would've put on a better performance than McCartney this evening. God this is awful, feel sorry for the punters who forked out for this.
An odd comparison.
Pogues,Dubliners and Christy Moore those were the days, now they just continue to wheel out Paul McCartney and call glasto the greatest festival ever?!Used to have great days out at the fleadh in Finsbury park
Cliff Richard had a lot of **** songs, McCartney is a legend, but Cliff's crap songs would've probably trumped McCartney's worst songs. It seems someone has said ... go out there Paul and see if you can get away with playing your worst songs and get away with it? His set has been awful.
As much as I love The Beatles, his voice has let him down towards the back end of this set. I hope this is a big farewell, but somehow doubt it....
I think he's magnificent for performing at eighty years of age, but that's far too old. Diana Ross at seventy eight tomorrow will be carnage.
My wife saw Diana Ross last week in Glasgow, said she was fabulous
Glad to hear it Steels.
