No, I think the discussion between Beefy and Carrabuh on this thread has been what should happen on this board - polite disagreement with just a bit of an edge. It's not been Carrabuh at his best - he's one of the posters I usually most look forward to reading since he nearly always has good points to make and makes them with very clear thinking - but I think that's probably because the topic has worn itself out and all we can do now is wait to see what happens at Sunderland. As for Beefy, I admire his endless optimism, but in general I don't share it. But no one's calling anyone names on this thread in spite of the fact that the initial post almost seems to encourage that.

Whilst I agree with all that and concur that Beef and Carrabuh are having a good discussion here, and I also totally agree with your assessment of each of their merits as contributers, it is neither of them who is doing my head in and spoiling this for me, rather the one who keeps chipping in like an annoying little brother/sister, whilst offering no noticeable valuable input whatsoever who you just want to tell to SHUT UP!!

I do at least, and I wish I didn't feel like that but I do and it's doing my head in.

As opposed to shying away Munky can you not just try to skip the posts? or even place on ignore, trust me it works - I did it for one of the more annoying Binners and life was so much better without seeing his drivel <ok>
 
Munky, if you're going to act like a child then it's probably good that you leave. Or do as Thai says, don't read certain threads. It's like with TV programmes, if there's something you don't like you don't have to watch it just change the channel.

Right, I was going to reply to this yesterday but thought I'd let it go, but I'm in a ****ty mood at work today so you're going to get both barrels I'm afraid, hang the consequences.

You accuse me of "acting like a child", this comes from someone who who spent many months of last year winding me up and boring the living **** out of me with your relentless, inane drivel and **** posts under the moniker of NCFCWonky, who then spat his dummy out of the pram and threw a big hissy fit because you weren't made a moderator on this site (and thank Christ for that!), and then made a massive deal about how you were quitting the forum, calling people bullies etc etc expecting us to all try to talk you out of leaving when actually nobody could give a **** and in fact many were probably happy that we didn't have to put up with any more of your bollocks.

Then about a fortnight after NCFCWonky disappeared you created a new account, except this time masquerading as a member of the opposite sex for a reason quite unbeknown to myself, though I'm sure you must have had a reason for it, and off you go again, still posting the same kind of crap and offering nothing in way of intelligent debate. I sussed out it was you almost straight away and I can't believe I am the only one, it is so obviously you it's ridiculous - not to mention weird! I have bitten my lip until now and not revealed your little secret to the world but you've done it this time I'm afraid - don't mess with the Munky, ok? <ok>

I have come to the conclusion that you are either an incredibly subtle and clever WUM - based on the fact you tend to wind me up more than anyone else has ever done on this forum (Colu_Mike included) - or just an annoying little tick-turd whose mission on this planet is to annoy the living hell out of me and spoil my enjoyment of a fantastic forum that I've been a big contributor to over the past five or six years.

Whichever of those two it is the message from me is still the same - have a word with yourself eh? It truly is beyond pathetic <doh>

Blimey so we've gone from a board ripping itself to pieces last week to accusations of gender swapping this week.

Can't wait for next week's revlations that Beefy is in fact a closet Binner, Dave is tea-total and ILD really is a huge fan of Jamie Oliver.

At least our board can't be accused of being dull.

They felt so guilty about the shocking refereeing decisions, that they let me go. Now I'm chasing JWM for poor refereeing decisions, Bunn took the ball on his chest with arms raised above his head to avoid accidental handball! The ball then struck his armpit, NOT handball!
