i guess my bill will as well ...on a meter costs us around £46 a month
My sky has gone up to an amount considering cancelling it I have been with them right from the start first in the road to have a dish I am a so called special VIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DONT FORGET TO CANCEL ANY BITS YOU DONT USE ... LIKE CHILDRENDS CHANNEL ETC FOR US
 
I’m also a Sky Diamond VIP customer

I shall be calling them next week and saying that if they want to retain me as a customer then they can forget increasing my bill by 20% a month

There is no justification for it

I've had Sky for 27 years and each year they increase the amount.
At the end of each term I call them and after 20minutes they agree to increase by just a few pounds.........that was until this year when it went by 30%.
After agreement with Mrs RP we chose to ditch most channels bar Sky Sports but it did reduce last years monthly amount by 20%.

The thing is that I don’t even have Sky Sports aside from Sky Sports News nor do I have Sky Movies or Netflix. We converted to Sky Q a year or so ago which is not a patch on what Sky Plus used to be
The package I have costs £50 now including having a mini box in the bedroom
They want us to have Sky Broadband which will reduce the increase. but once bitten twice shy with that !
It’s all just an excuse to rip people off every year as I’m sure a lot of people just don’t bother challenging the increases they get

In late 1988 December ... whilst working for an driving agency had the fortune to get a job picking up a load of " sky dish's for delivery to Devon and Cornwall and in March? I think it was [ not long after Christmas ] got signed up for SKY Think it was just pay for kit not installation ... first in our road!!! thats over 35 years ago. amazingly I am only on my third dish ....

dont have Sky sports but netflix and a load of other things are free ... some movies and odd other things .. but is more than £50 so have to get on to them ... also have virgin because of e mail! but that is full top of range package and only £46 dont use the Tele...............

my anti virus just got a 50% discount on the cost of the increased package due in November..

answer I dont say how much you are charging me when they quote, so unfair to reveal what the best offer is! ............ However I had 3 other quotes and 2 were less and the other a tad more but did have an extra benefit I didnt see I needed !

I OFTEN state 1 of the offers was a bit to low at usually about 20-25% less than my " renewal " I need to investigate that one a bit more!!!

JUST RENEWED MY 24 GAS/ ELECTRIC .... profitted ever since 2019 Took out a new 2 year deal 1 month before the energy crisis my neighbour whose bill was cheaper than mine when I renewed, had time to go to go before theirs ran out 4-5 month's later I was paying almost half per month than them for 18 month's ! my Bill end of 2 year period went up almost double!

The Tories were abysmal regarding grooming gangs. Boris Johnson thought a national inquiry would be spaffing money up the wall.

This could be in politicians of the left interests not to have an inquiry. An inquiry has statutory powers to look at the failures of authority, and this failure will include politicians of the lefts failures. There are however no powers to criminally sanction those who failed.

The police were 'caught out' by the BBC and have been sacked.
All well and good but would anybody on here want to deal with the daily dangers they have to deal with.
It's easy for the BBC in their Ivory Tower to scream injustice but bu**er me we all should be applauding the brave lads who face low life scum every day......ffs lots of them are illegals.

the liebour .gov is it seems very reluctant to add the can of petrol to the fire they have under the counter and to disclose the the true crime rate that is a consequence of the boat crossing illegals...
just thinking every week you seem to get 1 crime in the headlines!! OCCASSIONALLY 2 [ 3 ? ] but daily also get the odd few lines / paragraph of less serious demeanors!!!!! IF IT IS NOT SERIOUS then why try to hide it? 1 / 2 prison sentence / crimes a week is 100 pa based on Liebours 50,000 crossers is circa 0.24% of them.
ANYTHING HIGHER THAN 0.1% IS 2 HIGH.

MY "CONTACT " in Bristol wont give me a figure but weekly I had a few guesses starting at 3 a week ..... its higher and thats all I am saying he said after I said 3 ........ ...................
