It can't really be classed as much else. It's got to be for a jury to decide whether murder or manslaughter, it depends what was going through the cops head when he pulled the gun. One of his live rounds, went into a car queuing at the drive thru, which indicates recklessness, discharging a weapon in a public place, against somebody who was not really a threat to anyone. This could have been so much worse if the cops stray bullet had hit an innocent. Like I say my words are only aimed at the shooting cop, the other one did nothing wrong, and could not have changed what occurred.

As the only objective neutral on this board as China is much loved:

i don't think anyone has mentioned that the black guy should be shot. Sucky was close but re-amended his statement to say he understands why he was shot because of his actions but not necessarily that it was right.

Spurly and brb are on the pigs are ****ers in the america and should have picked him up later (more brb than spurly)

Exactly RCL. All this my partner is xyz or I have friends that are xyz, don't mean fook all to me, I will judge you by your actions. In a way, I see it as trying to use your partner/friend as a defence mechanism, that you can't be racist. However, the automatic or illicit (unconscious) stereo typing, suggested through but not directly expressed is very revealing.

My family come from Trinidad in the Caribbean. Last went when I was 10 and was really shocked at the open racism towards Chinese and Asians (referred to as coolies) ... was not a pc gone mad kid but thought I would get a 6 week break from all the racism I witnessed as a child in SE London (from the NF) but was gutted to see similar ****.

The oppressed and victimsed do not always fight back ... sometimes they victimise others.
Suits the rich and powerful to watch the less well off blaming and hating on each other rather than have them unite and fight for more housing, pay, hospitals, rights, schools etc.

Bit rambly but that's how I see it.
