4) Isco from Real Madrid to either Arsenal or Manchester City
5) Norwich City want to sign Bamford(Palace/Chelsea) - Naismith(Everton) - Afobe(Wolves)

Norwich will have a job signing Bamford from Palace, he's a Chelsea player.
