People are forgetting the only reason he's an Everton player is because they flashed the cash at Barnsley and turned the players head, exactly what Chelsea are doing to them.

To be honest, I don't blame him for handing in a transfer request. Normally, I'd be against a young player trying to force a move elsewhere because it's usually about the money (Sterling as an example); however, in this instance, I think Stones wants to go to Chelsea because he knows it will make him a better player and cement his place in England's defence. Plus, he'll be coached by much better staff and managed by one of the best managers in the game. Let's be honest, Everton aren't going to win the league any time soon; Chelsea have a good chance at winning it again though.
