BREAKING NEWS: Adnan Januzaj will join Sunderland on loan after Manchester United complete the signing of Pedro.
Skysports:

VAN GAAL: JANUZAJ NOT FOR SALE

Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal says the club are not looking to sell Belgian winger Adnan Januzaj this summer.

The 20-year-old has been linked with a move to Sunderland in recent weeks, but Van Gaal insists he is "not for sale".

"I have 28 players and I have to select every week, and maybe every three days," Van Gaal said in his pre-match press conference.

"Last week I chose other players. He [Januzaj] is doing his utmost best – all the players are doing that. I don't have any complaints."

So "not for sale" is code for we are going to loan him out? ;)

"We are no further down the line with that one [Gayle] than we were on Tuesday," Cotterill said.

"There have been a couple of conversations, not face-to-face, and we are not any further advanced."
