Think there has been a fair bit of trouble before but yeah it being a weeknight says in it's own right that it's not too bad in that regard.

Seemed inevitable... baffled why the owner hasn't sold ... perhaps there were no interested purchasers? ... but that seems daft in these days of billionaire's hobbies..
