Not just him mate - the two league cups were with Martin O'Neil who assembled a squad largely of rejects (Neil Lennon - failed medical at Liverpool) and journeymen, a young kid named Muzzy Izzet plucked from Chelsea reserves and bringing through a 17 year old Emile Heskey ... no top of the range purchases like Isak, Gordon, Joelinton, Guimares, Tonali etc ...
