I don't even know what the rules are regarding FFP other than it's probably not spending more than you got. I remember our new owner commenting on them when I went to the annual club meeting. I got the impression he thought the rules were bonkers, because there's certain equity you can't count, probably where these debt shares come into play. <whistle>
