GOAL! Wales 1-0
great that Brooks is back and playing and getting a goal.
They covered it with debt shares![]()
a concept they all signed up for.Good. The end of these rules are coming in the not too distant future imo.
With points deductions flying all over the place it's inevitable someone will challenge the entire concept before long and I believe they'll win.

Thing I wonder with Leicester is this.
If I remember rightly, the summer before they were relegated they spent next to **** all due to these financial regulations.
But as they've failed anyway, wouldn't they have been better off in spending some money that summer and staying up, and then taking the 4/6 points on the chin?
Probably right mate ... but I'm sure the lawyers will make hay on our attempts to comply compared with the flagrant disregard to compliance shown by some other clubs ...

Could argue that you were punished by your relegation as trying to comply with these rules massively contributed to it.
Not sure cooperation will be your best defence given you've not submitted your accounts mind![]()

Read our statement mate - coming out fighting - threatening to take legal action against the Premier League because they've failed to follow their own protocol etc ... think we must gave some very clever lawyers on it![]()
