All comes down to the complete incompetence of the PL, they have a rule regarding ffp but no set penalty for what the Consequences are for breaking those rules. We'll just make it up as we go along.

Who sat down there and said "okay, let's make it 6." Six, so what, the things Everton were innocent of were worth ... 4 points?
I don't understand, where do these numbers come from. What allegations are worth 4 points, how do we find out what a financial breach is worth?

Well it’s clear the process wasn’t fit for purpose.
Said this all along, this was PL way to not have an independent commission, luckily this has shown they need one to rule out incompetence/inconsistency.
