I was more alluding to the fact that INEOS also owns Nice, so United will now have the pick of their best players,

Thats just loan deals between clubs with the same ownership.
Doesnt count for perma transfers.
And I think its just for this coming January window, not for ever.

EDIT: And I just checked, even that vote failed. Needed a majority of 14 for it to pass, and only 13 voted for it, 7 clubs voted against it

True enough but even that could be exploited ie buying a player from an associated club for buttons so as to keep below FFP :bandit:
