He's awful, no idea how he gets near the team when we have a full squad but he does unfortunately.

What he did for us to get us in the PL was superb with that squad of players but his stubbornness which got results then is what's costing us now, you can get away with it in the Championship but not up against some of the best coaches In football, injuries obviously haven't helped the cause but the tactics the last 2 games have been ridiculous
He's a useful squad player who does a job and doesn't moan. He's like Milner.
He's not like Javier Zanetti, though. It's like comparing Raphinha with Ronaldinho.

Certainly not the player of the last 3 seasons but has off field problems which look like they have carried over on to the pitch this. A great pro.
Maybe not the same level of quality, but I get the comparison.
