I’ve seen that happen first hand. The bloke who sits 2 up from me, in his mid 20’s I reckon. Turned up one day after being on a breakfast KO bender. He was bobbing off to sleep, then I saw him start to wretch, next thing it’s like slow motion as he’s spewing up all over the 2 middle aged women who sit in front of him, it was carrot chunks in the hair, the full Monty.
