Was seriously brutal...pretty certain he cried as he was subbed off too...

I would have sympathy but the little ****ers I work with do way worse than boo me at work <laugh>

We had 23 shot yesterday... Simply because the new manager ditched this 5 at the back and give it to max ****e.

Joelinton was a new player and I think Brentford were focused on max so much it was Joelinton that caused them problems 1st half.. Second half they had to try and pay more attention to Joe and that gave max more freedom.

We looked dangerous ok it's only Brentford but I was seeing 4 and 5 newcastle players in and around the box and as a fan no matter where the club sits that's what I want to see.

Arsenal will punish that defence more than Brentford, but I'm going there now thinking at least we might have go.

You can’t play a high line back 4 with the players you’ve currently got imo. Yeah you were much more dangerous yesterday but the rub is that you were open at the other end, very Eddie Howe tbh.

I dunno like they had 4 shots on target... But yes we need better defenders.

Dubravka is a must Darlow is ****ing useless

The game stats were very good for us.. Not bad in 2 weeks.. We haven't had more than 30% for years.

Other teams will punish us more but tbh our gk cost us the match yesterday.

It was on the whole very encouraging

Just got home, proper Jekyll and Hyde performance that.

Completely dominated in the first half to completely dominating the second.

Conte’s everything this club needed though, ripped into these soy boys and got them remembering how to play with passion again.

Long way to go for us but nice to have some optimism back as a Spurs fan.
