I'm not watching the Chelsea game, but I'm guessing by the score that one team is looking more like relegation material than a team of the future, I bet @Roy Munson is grinning from ear to ear, and that's not where the surgeon slipped with his knife.

If it ever gets built. From what I understand they are only applying for full planning for the stadium expansion. The hotel, conference centre may be something they look at later?
