Wasn't this how Jose started out, as a translator for Bobby Robson. I thought I read that a club Robson went to (not sure if it was Barcelona) - but they refused to pay Jose's wages, so Bobby negotiated it out of his own payroll. Either true or my brain has just made that up! I have actually got Bobby's book in the house, had it for years, but never got more than several pages in, such is the nature of my concentration.

He has many quirks, this is one of them, as peej said he'd feel embarrassed if he got something wrong or was misquoted. People quote about him being on £6m a year, but don't realise he negotiates a package in which he pays all his back room staff himself.

Tell yer, the other teams don't want Oxford in the play-offs, they are one tough team to beat, but the door is now wide open for them.

Defo, really enjoyed the Derby 3-3 Sheff Wed game yesterday, and Derby only staying up because Cardiff scored against Rotherham 2 mins from time!
