Thats why I dont get why he rested so many players.
He'd have been better off resting them against Villa, who are in free fall at the moment.
Even if they got a draw against Villa, it wouldn't have been the end of the world.

Had they been rotating the side in cups?

seen the keeper changed yesterday

Ralph will defo cry if they win, before then getting gaped in the final, and for that reason I’m in.

Chelsea had 7 defenders on the pitch yesterday

An expensive West Brom

Tuchel is an expensive Fat Sam
They’re ****ing boring under that overrated nerd.

Sit back and then hoof it into the channel for the fast lad.

Expect a plassie along shortly to defend his honour.

Any other day and I'd be rooting for Saints to beat one of the big clubs in an FA Cup semi ... <whistle>

You've done really well over the last 6 years or so, how long do you think you'll need to keep it going before you're genuinely seen as a big club.

Would say they are one of the top four clubs in PL. consistent performers. League winners. European football. Just don’t have that big name to attract top stars.

will always have the ‘big clubs’ taking be set players.

Everton and Carlo are 2-4 seasons behind them at the moment.

Yeah think that's my point, consistent performers over the last 6 years but as it stands the likes of Everton, Villa, Spurs, Arsenal are seen as bigger clubs even though they can't boast the same consistency and perhaps the same amount of teams on par.

<laugh> ... don't think we will ever reach those heady heights to be perfectly honest ... but I think we can continue to compete and chip away at the divide for quite a few years to come ...

I could see further expansion of the stadium towards the 50k mark in time if we do continue as we are ... only professional football club in the county and population wise around 10th biggest City in the UK ... rugby team regularly attracts over 25k so there is definitely a sporting appetite in the area <cheers>

Have to do it for a lot longer to have a real impact on that I'd say, couple of decades. You could say they've only been really good for 3 of those 6 seasons too.

Things can change very quickly too. One bad summer of recruitment or manager appointment and 5th can easily turn to 14th.

Think they'll struggle to replace Vardy personally and it'll be interesting to see how they do for the next 3/4 years.

Is that a serious response?

Celtic didn't even have to compete against Rangers when he was there <laugh>

Serious enough ... Liverpool blew the title due to Slippy G's slip not Brenda's management ... we came up short of Top 4 due to unprecedented injuries ... but we still got into Europe and may do so again ... despite the vastly superior buying power of those we are competing against ...

Suspect Toon and Mackems would give their right nut for that level of bottling ...<laugh>

3-3 against Crystal Palace called, he'd like to know why you're revising history.
