Newcastle are absolutely ****ing awful to watch. This kind of togger deserves relegation tbh.
They did this against us and nicked a point. Should've been about 4 or 5 nil, but we failed to take our chances.
Their first shot on target was a 97th minute penalty. <doh>

I suspect Bruce would be getting a lot of **** from the stands, if there was anybody there. Terrible watch.
I think this style of play reduces the patience of fans quite dramatically. Who wants to sit through 90 minutes of this every week?

How the **** we contrived to lose to this shower of **** I’ve still no idea. Still makes me fume.

They’re truly ****ing awful

Weren't they lined up a bit more offensively against you? I know Wilson started and he's out injured today.

Bruce is just trying to sneak enough points to stay up, as far as I can see.
Keep things tight against most teams, then chuck on a couple of big men at the end and try to nick something from set-pieces.

Worked for him so far. It's definitely horrendous to watch though.

And that's the end of that. Fernandez running in mud, for some reason. At fault for both goals.

Bruce in. I want them relegated.
<laugh> Any particular reason?

It's all part of their cunning plan to get the Saudi takeover completed.
Go down, pay off the Football League lot, chuck billions at it and come back up.

Not really, they’ve just on my tits with their crying all over the net after the Saudis ****ed them off, plus the football under Bruce is the worst in the league imo.

If you were to get shot of him, who would you realistically like to replace him?

I want a young energetic manager, I don't care where we go for it. League one, championship, currently out of a job. Eddie Howe would be my preference.

We are utterly ****, I hate how we play. I want a manager who gets us playing, has a vision, wants to be successful.

Bruce, Rafa, McClaren. Those three have had their day, whatever club they go to its "just a job" and that's just ****ing depressing.

I am very interested in Lee Bowyer at Charlton who is doing incredible work, former player too. Steven Gerrard would also be a good candidate after he wins the league at Rangers (we did offer him the job before Bruce.)

But this is an immediate issue we must address, Howe is unemployed, would take the job and do better. Pull the ****ing trigger.

We wont tho, going down next season under Bruce. That's our club.

Howe would be an interesting appointment. I think that his style of football would have a lot of your fans on side.
His one spell up North with Burnley didn't go well, but I think he had personal problems at the time. A parent's death or illness, IIRC.
Also familiar with a couple of your players, of course.

Would he want to work with Mike Ashley? Depends on what else he's got on offer, I guess.

Howe would be one extreme to the other. Would suddenly see better football but not be able to defend. Can see why it's preferable but don't think he'd improve them drastically points total wise.

I picked all candidates under the evaluation they would take the job for different reasons.

Newcastle, in terms of size, spending cabilities and fanbase is bigger than Bournemouth. The spending mentality at Newcastle has changed since the last window of the Rafa era, we haven't looked to sell our players and have signed up improvements.

For a young manager its a challenging job, but it has its rewards. If he does well his stock will increase a lot. Look at Pardew ffs, man was talked about for England at a few points.

I don't give a **** what any pundit or opposing fan says about us, if they seriously think we're too harsh on Bruce, I offer him to you. Lets see how those fanbases enjoy it.
