Firstly, I don't put anything on Facebook about any of my business activities, and never have done. Secondly, I am not a conveyancer. Thirdly, Clive isn't from Cornwall. And fourthly, he isn't called Clive.

I have never known get everything so completely wrong as you do, Stan.
Facebook, yeah? <laugh>

The scuzzy jewel in the crown is Erith mate.
Linda Smith (the late comedian) once said Erith (where she was from) was not twinned with any town in Europe...
But it did have a suicide pact with Calais <laugh>

Erith council actuslly passed a motion condemning her joke <laugh>

Random fact, I learned to use a spring board at Erith swimming pool back in the 80's

And yep it's a **** hole.

They are more likely to be taken into account than the value of your ground. Unless its in such a prime real estate location that you could sell it, buy another location and build a new stadium for less. What are you going to do with this valuable asset - sell it to another club that fancies moving to Southampton? We are up for sale for 350million and we don’t even own our ground. I suspect our playing squad is worth less than yours so the value of a club comes down to its earning potential. Either that or its proof that Mike Ashley really doesn't want to sell - the bastard.

Dunno mate, you've got a £40m striker

The thing that will make up the large chunk of our valuation is the tv money ultimately. It'd be sub 100m post a relegation I'd imagine.

The ground specifically may not have value but having the infrastructure of ground, training facilities and academy all fully owned would add value compared to a team without that in place.

You are right - having the facilities in place means that you don’t have to factor in the cost of building them.

But its the TV money and other commercial income that you buy a club for.

Agreed...the only time I considered never going to spurs was when there was talk of us moving to Stratford.
It we had moved I would have considered Tottenham gone.
No club should be allowed to move out of their borough let alone move city ffs.

I'd be happy for Leeds to move... to the outer hebrides. And they took their knuckle dragging moronic fans with them.

@Suckmyklopp is absolutely livid that one of his heroes called the B&M Bargains full back Aaron Wan Bissaka the ‘Best one-on-one full back in the world’.

Never, ever has one person had to STFU more than Sucky RN. <laugh>

You thought that bothered us? I spent most of yesterday saying thanks to utd fans <laugh>
Yeah why would United fans think that would bother you?
Defeating City just puts you one game closer to the title <laugh>
Its not like United are any sort of threat to Pool right now.

I was concerned, because United are on our asses for fourth, but Liverpool are like 35 points ahead of United <doh>

And where the **** do the Spuds come into the equation?! They like down in 9th or some ****

Any early predictions for the Spurs return against Leipzig, tonight.

Let’s keep the wummery to a minimum, please.

Except the idiot was quoting my update during last thursday's FA Cup game <doh>

The day after Spuds and Liverpool got knocked out.

Would pay to get your facts straight before jumping in mate. One of those facts being RHC has the comprehension skills of a 2 year old <laugh>
