They need a complete overhaul and it's hard for them to get rid of a lot of their high earners.
I can't see how getting rid of a decent manager that wanted to stay helps them, though.

That’s from his presser on Friday, he’s had no assurances that he’ll still be there next season, hence the reason he was cryptic about it. Fat Sam would have been definitive had he been told he was 100% staying.
They’re over £100m in debt, unless he’s intending writing off the element of that that’s owed to him and fancies chucking a few more £m at the buyer to boot, who’s going to take on a League one club with that hanging over them?
