Yeah he’s a decent manager is Rafa. He gets the piss ripped out of him for the fat waiter and Fackts stuff, but where ever he’s been he’s done well and he’s got Newcastle back into the prem and a decent mid table finish.

If they keep him he could push on next season and challenge for the top 6

He's a good manager and he seems like a very nice bloke. I like him, but he comes across as a bit of a twat sometimes.
If he avoids getting involved in spats and mind games with other coaches, then he'll be looked upon much more fondly.
Losing the goatee and some weight would probably be good for his public image, too.
No offence to Newcastle, but he could be doing better than he currently is and you have to wonder why he isn't.
