I can understand looking logically at football but I could never do it 100% of the time. It's an emotional sport and if it wasn't then I wouldn't be anywhere near as invested to it. Hopes and dreams are what makes the game fun imo, even when they're dashed the vast majority of the time if you support Saints/England lol. Time and a place for both outlooks.
