Football is so ****ing fickle.
A win against a useless Newcastle side and a good win at PSG tonight, albeit against a side that patently can’t defend for ****, and he goes from looking like a dead man walking, to sound again......funny old game.
Problem is that apart from Newcastle for some reason (Bruce) the smaller teams ramp up for us and usually cause us all sorts of issues. Spurs aside this month, Ole has a good record against bigger sides cos we play on the counter.
Ole needs to go as much as ever for me, can’t stand him. That game was there for us to batter them tonight and we just about nicked it.
Yeah I don’t doubt you still want him gone, but I doubt your view will be mirrored by many United fans now, and the press will be ****ing him off for days.
Still can’t quite believe they’re bringing on one of our rejects at HT tbh.
Tbf Ole got his team selection and his tactics right tonight. Can't fault him for that.
But what's more important is the performances from those players tonight, especially in the effort they put in. The question for me anyway is why they don't put in that performance every week.
