They're immature, know nothing about football, only pay any interest when their team is winning and have a belief their team have a divine right to celebrate success as it's somehow more special than other teams.
Add in that it's not our proper local team and these are the reasons I think they must support Liverpool.

He was indeed from Heswall. Proper legend that guy and proof that the old semi-scouse accent was alright really (nothing like modern scouse which hurts my ears every day at work). Not who i had in mind though - think of possibly the most famous English cricketer.
