not sure that no "spying" on other clubs training in the 72 hours before a game is a particularly convoluted rule tbf

I have to say I thought the punishment for Southampton was extremely harsh
Okay they broke the rules, but don't punish the fans like that.
Just reeks of somebody having a pissy fit and making a **** decision in the heat of the moment.

Maybe that's why **** all has been done about City, those poor fans.
In City's case, those fans probably wouldn't have enjoyed half of that success if their club had stuck to the rules.
At least with Southampton they got to that play off final on merit.
