Does depend on when you get there ... but Boundary Rd / Erith Rd (ex-girlfriend had a flat there) are as good as any ...
Shahid Khan has withdrawn his offer to buy Wembley, seems a bit weird. Guess we might find out the reason in due course
Cheers Fosse, I'm looking forward to seeing a blue St Marys Are as you boring in real life as on here? As I'd rather not be driven to drink
One of the joys of L1 mate, no international breaks and first round of the FA Cup. FA Cup 1st round one of my favourite days of the football calendar.
We lost to Vauxhall Motors once. Literally a bunch of blokes who worked in the Vauxhall factory. 0-0 away in the first match at Chester’s ground and they did us on pens in the replay. They made a mini documentary about it on YouTube somewhere.
@Commachio thought I'd move the footy stuff here. There's a few good/interesting games today. Chelsea v United kicking off in an hour. Newcastle v Brighton is massive for your neighbours, desperately need a win. Cardiff v Fulham is huge for both teams already. Bournemouth v Us in the 'not a derby, derby', they bottled sending us down last year but will be well up for it knowing they go 14 points ahead of us with a win. They normally bottle it against us though so we'll see, close game I reckon. West Ham v Spurs could be tasty and a tough game for the Spuds. Wolves v Watford could be an entertaining game with a few goals too.
Don't even remember that, we never drew a proper minnow sadly when we were in League one. I remember Charlton going out to Northwich Victoria though @pieguts
Remember that one well as we had a ruck in our uni house between those who wanted to watch it versus those who wanted to watch Hull v Stoke in the Prem on Sky.
Looking forward to seeing Rashford back in his preferred left-back position after Southgate experimenting with him in attack.
