Tbh the football should let clubs spend wtf they want. If fans are happy to watch their teams do what Leeds, Pompey, Coventry etc. and what Chelsea nearly did then that's on them. We've got a ridiculous situation where clubs are twisting and bending the rule and only some are punished. Honestly getting board of all the bollocks.
