It's complete and utter bollox - academy players could be used in FA Cup replays (not to mention they are allowed 23 player squads anyway <doh>) and would still generate sell-outs at the lesser lights ...

FFP should start with "how can we help those down the pyramid" ... right now it does **** all of any use for them whilst making it 'problematic' for anyone other than the usual suspects to get CL football and, if they do, like Villa this season - they have to sell off some of their better player(s) to inhibit them doing it again! ... sorry ... cynical me - to stop them going bust of course <laugh>

Apparently Enzo Maresca is a potential managerial target for Chelsea - nuts if true - like what he's done so far but still very much a rookie ... De Zerbi surely much more like it?

I was glad the season finished so last thing I want to do is watch these ****s in action 2 days later

having a few months off and enjoying the Euros

I'm Scottish mate, highlight of my summer will be seeing Man Utd appoint Southgate <laugh>
