So we just have to win four more games than they do? And that is idiotic???

Delusional you could say, but still possible. And no matter how many points in front, they have no chance of the title.

I would. Can't see them beating City and Chelsea to the title at all.

Swansea on Saturday, they're struggling for wins and we've beaten them twice this season. Though they had a host of injuries in the match at their place and rested many for the cup so might be harder than expected.

An early goal will be nice for a change.

Be a decent game to watch, we need to create more chances, as we're bossing possession but not creating enough clear cut opportunities.

Saturday was nearly another frustrating result. It's time we battered someone and here's hoping its the sheep worriers.

The front 4 simply aren't consistent enough, but I guess that's what will happen when at least 2 of them are about 20 years old every match.

I don't think we are playing well enough to batter someone. Expecting similar to Cardiff but at least Swansea will aim to keep possession which will be a change from the likes of Most sides to come to GP this seasonl

I think we've been playing alright, we're just not quite getting the final ball right, or making the wrong choice in the final third.

We should do better against a side like Swansea who'll come and have a go, as opposed to keeping a rigid shape and sitting quite deep.

We are not going forward quick enough build up Is too slow early on In the season we were quicker In the oppositions half IMO and the results and performances second half of the season show It..

Still stand by this Phil????

Yes. Why are you thinking about changing your view on them winning? Lets look at who has won at OT this season, Everton...west brom...Newcastle...Swansea..

I just think teams have become more aware of our attacking threats and abided accordingly, particularly at Goodison Park where teams just park the bus.

I think that's right, but it's up to us to adapt our game to counteract that tactic.

I've said they had a chance, but I thought they'd fall short. The weekend showed them to be the side carrying the momentum imo. So yes, their chances have improved, particularly given Chelsea's shock defeat at Villa. It was the manner of their win there Phil, they battered them.

I was at the game at OT and we took it to United too.

We did, but not in the same manner Phil, come on, as much as we hate to admit it, they've been blowing good sides away of late - us included.

I don't think they're hard to figure out tbh, as their current success is built on pace and getting in behind, but I think too many sides are trying to stand toe to toe with them, when they'd be better served sitting deeper and playing them at their own game, as defensively they're still porous. Villa and WBA showed how it's done.

they've certainly got a lot of momentum but let's not forget they got 3 penalties at Old Trafford which just shows the level of defending from United rather than anything Liverpool done.

Chelsea will win the league anyway.

I dont see the difference to what we did to United. Woodwork, saves...we could have had four that night. As for the game at Anfield....we had a half fit back four, no excuses really as they exploited this. But I did like to see Martinez still keep trying to play/win the game. Would rather see us lose trying to win a game than settle for 1-0 or 2-0

Swansea were excellent too.

Bring on the sheep shaggers!

Missing this one as I'm away again, so I hope that's not a jinx
