I don't want rid of him, I want him to succeed.

But having left the Hull game with 10 minutes to go, after watching the most spineless performance I've seen in years, I honestly thought we were sleep walking into a relegation battle. Tuesday's late equaliser has given us all a lift, but the next 3 games are crucial to both the club and Martinez future imo.

I am not having that.....what kind of fan are you leaving early<laugh> Like the beauts sat near me who were off after 60mins on Tuesday....yet I bet they were in work the day after fawning over Lukaku.....F ickle c unts

I don't do it often, but it was making my eyes bleed watching that dross. Plus I was in the Hull section and had the biggest bell end in the entire stadium stood up behind me all match singing in my ****ing ear.

I was also sat with the home fans.....but stuck it out. Never left early before and wont start it now

We'll need to defend well against their grocks and stop balls coming into the box from the fullback areas.

They'll kill us if we don't stop the supply.

Looking forward with confidence anyway. They need to come out and win the game....not sit back. We have pace to break the backline when they push up....which they will.

Going to have a cheeky 1-2 win to Everton with Besic to net first<ok>

I think the counter attack could suit us, but I worry about their physical presence with Carroll back tonight. We need to stop the supply into him, and hold a higher line than normal, as we can't allow that big grock to get on the end of balls within 8 yards of our goal all evening.

oh dear, you all make the mistake of thinking he is just a tall guy with a head, received the ball on the floor, turned your defender and slipped Valencia in with a lovely through ball.

It was an amazing cup tie. You just wouldn't give up. I thought we were through in the first game. Then I thought we were through when You went down to ten men. Then I thought we were through when Downing stepped up for his penalty.

I just thought you were destined to win that as we couldn't finish you off.

Great game. Two very good, evenly matched sides going toe to toe. Fantastic.
