Fully agree. The teams who get promoted should be those who have earned the most points over the whole season and not a team that have finished 20 points behind but have run into form at the right time and have been lucky with injuries at the right time as well.

There are only 3 worse than us probably 4 by the end of the season. The fact that there are only 8 positive goal differences says something!

True, but then compare the games played against the goals conceded!!!! Telling story of squad improvements (or lack thereof) as to why we're in the 2nd tier rather than the top.
We even achieved a negative goal difference in our most successful PL season 92/93. 3rd place finish with -4 goal difference. That's got to be a record too surely.

I have a good friend here who supports Rangers and even he says it will be good for Scottish football for Hearts to win the title. So long as Rangers finish second of course. He spent 25 years in the Royal Anglian Regiment.

What has happened to James Maddison? I have heard nothing about him for a very long time. He has been at Spurs for coming on three years now but has played just 59 Premier League matches in that time. On the Spurs board I can find no mention of him.
