Where would Stoke be in the league without Butland - From the BBC website "What a stop Jack Butland! Jonjo Shelvey flashes a cross in from the left wing, Seydou Doumbia flashes in a volley and Butland throws up a big hand to push it out." ??
Certainly the best keeper in this division - if not the entire universe at the moment.Where would Stoke be in the league without Butland - From the BBC website "What a stop Jack Butland! And yet Joe Harte still gets the nod internationally?![]()
Fair point Rob but he's been here for over a month now...and had how many minutes of game time?Curious timing of an article complaining about Bamford not featuring when we've just played a game where Bamford was ineligible...
I'm happy, it's just hard to feel much happiness when thinking of football these days.Am I the only one who's happy with the fact that all 3 of Leicester's chasers failed to make progress?

I'm pretty certain it's between Newcastle and Sunderland.I never thought the Swans would be relegated anyway. Villa are gone, the rest is between us Newcastle and Sunderland!
Bit strange to assume that when all three are currently on identical points with very similar goal diff?I'm pretty certain it's between Newcastle and Sunderland.

Newcastle have the stronger squad with an inept manager. Sunderland have a crap squad with a very good manager. We have a crap squad with an inexperienced manager who doesn't seem to know what to change to fix things.Bit strange to assume that when all three are currently on identical points with very similar goal diff?
Plus it's not like any of the three have had a recent spell of good results, either - a la Leicester last season?

Smart money is on Newcastle and Sunderland having a better chance of staying up. I'd put my money on Sunderland, but I have heard they have a very tough run of games coming up? Which might let Newcastle off the hook.
