2-0, moving the ball a little quicker than under Woy but it's another of those awful mismatch games of attack vs defence. We'll win and do so comfortably, but mismatches like this are always pretty dier.
Rooney still looks like a square peg in an aging prostitutes round hole!

2nd half as bad as it gets. Not one player (maybe Linguard excepted) has looked interested. 2-0 no threat, let's take it easy. Bugger the 81700 who've paid to come and anyone fool enough to watch it on the tele! Will yhis be my last England game. Utter tripe from tactics to application.

I'm not sure I'll be bothering watching Tuesday's game or any subsequent games. Surely even Soouthgate can see that Wayne has passed his 'sell by date!!!'

I watched the first half. Was pretty much the same as any other England match. All the possession, camped in their half. Never looked dangerous. Was more relief than anything with the 2 goals. Watched the start of the second half, but we were at a house warming party, and I was bored of it, so went into another room to do some socialising. Only seen the final result this morning. Not surprised it was only 2-0, My mate put a bet on more than 6 goals. I said it would be more like a boring 2 or 3-0.

Glad I didn't sit through the second half.

I was watching it on the sofa and fell asleep halfway through the second half. The doze did me the world of good and if they were still playing now it would still be 2-0.

Turgid rubbish.

I see Lafferty got another 2 for NI. Maybe we should try and sign him. We need a Striker, and I don't think he's getting many club games at the moment!!
