Just said mate, this was said before - it didn't happen.

Also said, tax relief will be introduced.

Small businesses will be helped and bigger, more profitable ones, will pay more.

****ing beats me why people are so against us raising standards in this country.

I disagree and I know from very personal experience that a £10 minimum wage would **** over some businesses.

A cleaning company would have to pay £10 an hour plus on costs ( ENIC, pension, SSP) for an unskilled cleaner to come and clean your house. In reality comes to around £16 an hour to the customer compared to around £12.50 as it stands.

I'd have to get rid.

Before anyone starts lobbing comments about me being a snobby, arrogant **** my mum was a school cleaner and I grew up on Bransholme.

What the OECD figures?

Ha.

The DWP claimed between 2.5m and 3.9m children were living in poverty pre Tory in 09/10.

They claim between 2.3m and 4m were living in poverty last year.

It's hardly the mammoth increase that Corbyn has shouted from the roof tops and couldnin actual fact be lower than at the point they took over.

Not going to disagree with you on Johnson.

Here's McD on the VAT cut:

Thanks Leon....But the less I see, and hear from McDonnell, the better...I can't stand him. He's a frustrated Trot who will fund a benefits bonanza, apologise to every Tom, Dick and Harry he can find and ultimately bankrupt the country once again and ensure the next recession is worst than the last one...Other than that I quite like the fella.

fact is

only thing that changes in every general election and new government is

prices go up

**** costs more

**** all else changes

fact

As said mate, they'd help you with tax relief to cope with the wage increases.

As regard to the supermarkets, I completely agree with you.
But if my profits are low because of high wages? then tax relief on low profits doesn't really help me! If that makes sense? Even if I pay no tax? If my wages have nearly doubled I'm f'ked? Like I say wages rises like the ones labour are talking about will ruin small businesses!

The no politics rule is lifted for a single thread for the duration of a general election.

And if you whine about the moderation on this site one more ****ing time, I'm going to come round and wee through your letterbox...

You won't reach ...
