Sunak just been on sound biting away and not answering the questions. They should just stop interviews when they don’t answer questions and not give them airtime. Politics could be made by the stock aitken and water man hit machine.
I think we would all be happier with a great NHS and no money than a s hit NHS and no money. It’s easy to improve nhs waiting times by employing more doctors, the problem is they cost money.
The way Labour overcome that is borrowing money, it works in the short term but the long term effects are catastrophic to the country.
I've had connections with immigration services for years, trust me they have intentionally created this issue by stopping processing and not negotiating returns deals like we had in the EU. Then they have claimed the immigration issue as a dividing line between them and Labour and stoked a culture war. This all stems from a rise in popularity of right leaning, populist voter's leading to the referendum. They felt it was the next big thing so needed to jump on the bandwagon. Unfortunately for them it has backfired due to the failures of brexit, and voters leaning towards closer ties with EU again but they can't go back now so are doubling down. They have known it was a mistake for the last 3 years but no one can say it
What is wrong with middle class school teachers...That and the fact they're staffed by middle class school teachers.
Really there's no need for the insults like.

The Johnson government was the same. Pretty Polly pretty Polly. Haven’t fully heard the others yet but Starmer and Davey change change change. Boring as ****. People think Speakman is bad. Presumably it works because people are as thick as hangover piss and start to believe the narrative. It’s going to be a long six weeksAfter one day he's already become repetitive, as are his grinning colleagues who, two days ago, were plotting to kick him out ....

I think he's realised how big the mess is and wants out.
GreenAs it stands we have no Labour candidate in my constituency. Labour have declared us a non-battleground seat. In other words, they wont bother even trying to get in here. They dont care. Odd, as our local Tory MP is retiring after years (and I am going to say years of very good local representation and service). We are ripe for a change in direction, nobody I know will turn out for the tories. Yet Labour dont care about us it seems. So I cant vote for them, the party I grew up voting for, and whose traditional values are closest to my own (traditional being pre Blair). I wont vote for the Tories, even though at local level my last MP was excellent. So what do I vote for? I want to vote Lib Dems, only to try and get a 3rd party with a relevant number of MPs and therefore a voice in the debate. Already there is talk of tv debates with only tory and labour. It will be a media driven campaign, pitting 1 against the other. We will end up with a Labour govt, and likely a non labour MP locally, and no doubt Labour will come riding into my constituency with their half arsed housebuilding schemes because their is no local MP to upset. Depressing all round.
I think we need to invest in services. **** all to do but little funding for positive experiences for young people, yet rising obesity, lengthening Camhs waiting lists, increasing youth violence. 91% of kids time is away from school. If we want less social care and better health use our ****ing brains and provide something positive. There was an advert on Heart radio the other day for a phone-up counselling service that must be a private company. With huge mental health problems in the UK, it's an option for the relatively well off but what are the rest of the population supposed to do? Lots of work for a new government to put things right. I'd really like to see cross-party / politically independent collaboration to sort out the NHS - and adult social care. It's too important to be a political football and needs the best minds working together.

No it isn't, doctors, and nurses serve their time here then pìss off abroad to Australia etc for more money, less hours.
What is killing the NHS is the infiltration of private companies with an interest only in making money.
The Tories have wasted billions more than labour just dishing out to friends companies with no results. We are in record debt levels under them now.

We will soon find out, or will we, I only believe one thing, it will be a long time before we see a Tory government again, but who or what will be in government is a mystery. I prey that in the Labour manifesto it promises to go after all those who stole the cash, might even get my vote then
When you read Nig’s post it’s hard to understand how anybody could ever vote Tory again.

Well let’s see if this debt improves under Labour.
