Fingers crossed there won't be any compulsory redundancies at your place Crumble.

Hopefully you'll get more guys wanting it than the company need to lose.

They announced redundancies at my sons place and they had 4 times more apply for voluntary redundancy than the company were looking to reduce by which meant all of the young guys with young families were all ok.
Defo compulsaries, horrible time for those involved.
As I said I am ok for the minute but the future don't look good mate.

There is an absolute cull going on at our place at the moment..So far around 130 have gone...Our lass's department doesn't get done until next month and my department in December or January. It is a possibility that we both could be out of a job by the new year..
That sucks, fingers crossed the hatchet man misses you both.

Awful stories about people getting laid off.
And if you do find another job it's probs zero hours contracts or that ****ing ****e annualised hours where they can make you work weekends for **** all.

I'm currently off work sick due to tendinitis, it's hurts like buggery, but this little beauty is keeping me occupied. The wife has always wanted a daschund and we got her a couple of weeks ago, I didn't think I'd like such a small dog but I love her.

cute little thing, my wifes first choice if we were ever to get a dog.

Lovely house but once you've seen one footballer's house you've seen them all. It looks like there's only one designer who they hire and he's not in the mood to come up with any new ideas.
