You're bored, aren't you :emoticon-0100-smile

Have you got mascara and lippy on (in the fotie . . . . not now, 'cos we all know that you will have now) . . . . and grey hair, with a fascinator to the side <whistle>

Yes and a skirt. See you in your cheap shed in 20 minutes. You best pay this time.

My neighbour, who looks to be late 60's/early 70's, lies in the back garden with just a pair of speedos on whenever there's even a hint of sun. He also dyes his hair, jet-black.

The guy is a creep.

These are playing Bion in Holmside Sunderland on Friday 8th of July..I'm on day shift that day and Saturday, but I will certainly make the effort to see this excellent band..
PS...I know at least one of the members of the band is Sombreros marra..

How bloody hot is it, man :emoticon-0157-sun:

I'm sat on the settee and the sun is blasting through the window, I've got my top off it's that hot. I've got 2 bottles of Koppaberg in the fridge, I might reach for one of them soon :emoticon-0103-cool:

I wanted to mix up my weights routine so I tried something different, starting off with my usual two 20kg dumbbells but rather than the three sets of twelve reps for each exercise that I normally do, I did as many reps as I could handle for each one then lowered the weight and repeated.

By the end I had 5kg on each dumbbell and I could barely lift them, **** me it was hard work.

That's called a drop set pal.

Great for hypertrophy, cack for strength.

I thought there was a name for it, so do you reckon a week of that then a week of the regular routine would be of much benefit?

What's hypertrophy, is it getting more defined as opposed to getting bigger?
