just introduced flexi working where you can start half an hour early and finish half hour early, good idea except for lad next door to me.
Normal start time is 7.30 and finish at 4.30.
Tues, wed, thurs he came in at 6.55 and left at 4.00, no problem nice and early and early finish.
Today the cnut cant get in for 7.30 start?
How can he be early for flexi time but late every time he should start at 7.30?
