You're already looking good mate, world of difference from before. Not that you looked bad you just look healthy now. I find weightlifting and exercise to be a good outlet for mental energy and it doesn't hurt your appearance which is a cycle which keeps you going.

After my bird left earlier this year(which broke me) I just hit the drink. Waiting for my new house to come through while trapped in a house of memories. I piled it on. Now I've got the new place I've promised myself these lifestyle changes. Thing have improved massively. New start and I'm really enjoying it. A few things she said stuck in my craw. Rich to say the least. Given me a bit of fire and extra determinaton.

I'm loving the exercise and the new environment and finally developing the self respect to say **** her, it's her loss. I'm moving on and I'm better without her. Looking at other women again too and feeling 18. Gonna smash the next bird I get my grips on[emoji23]

What is it with forwards not taking penalties and letting defenders step in instead of them? Either they aren't good enough to hit the target from in front of the goal or they haven't got any balls and neither one is a trait I'd want for my forwards.

Well is just me but never heard of East Midlands derby
