Just saw this on one of my friends' facebook pages
They were filling up with petrol the other day and, as they were going to pay, saw a woman filling up with a lit cigarette in her mouth. Police were literally sitting watching.
As she paid for her fuel and walked out of the petrol station, the woman started screaming and her arm was on fire. She was waving it around trying to put the fire out. The police came over and helped put out the fire, but then slapped the cuffs on her. Being a nosey **** my friend asked why they were arresting.
