Yeh I don’t think any threads should be deleted or merged
Without courtesy to the poster

Just to make this crystal clear - I didn't ask for any threads to be merged or locked down.
Bantz <laugh>

All I was asking was why start a new thread for the Boro game when all the other pre-season friendlies were done on the same thread and the fact that I'd posted a match preview with a fair bit of research and preparation at 1:30 on Friday afternoon. Obviously that started a few more jokers kicking off their own threads just for the hell of it.

Yeah fair enough I was just making a general point that anyone who starts a thread is entitled to get it shut down if they want.

Your match day threads are legendary and much appreciated.

This has turned into bollocks :cheesy:

Should we have a 'bollocks' thread . . . . and who should start it

RTB . . . . your 'match day' threads really are very good, and very much appreciated :emoticon-0105-wink:

n.b. I've been drinking (quite a bit) and this makes sense to me (at the moment, and after a few edits 'cos my typing seems to have been impaired somewhat) :emoticon-0100-smile

Being a Shields lad I know the Alum well - great pub. I prefer the craic in the Rose & Crown at Holborn tbh, but regardless Hobgoblin is a class brew
