He was asked to clarify what a woman was - he said women are women, trans women are women.

I doubt it ? Min £100 fine and 3pts if over by a fair bit I reckon ? It's another money maker for the cdiff stazi so i doubt they want to many golden geese off the road yet ?

I assume it's 31in a 30mph limit. Therefore it would be a Band A offence (although for the majority it would fall into the allowed tolerance). If you did get done then it's a Fixed Penalty plus 3 points or a speed awareness course if applicable. The penalty would be a minimum of £100.
