I've sat through so many meetings like that where people just can't get past the rules and regulations. Nothing actually gets done.

Stolen dogs making the news lately . ........... Last week 80 stolen dogs discovered in Carmarthen, with about 4 found around Aberavon area, some dogs have allready been returned to their owners ,and efforts are continuing to find other owners. Arrests have been made
Today I read that a 77year old man had his 6 dogs stolen. .... he thought the World of his dogs. ...... The good news is that the Police. Have recovered the dogs and returned them to the old man.
Again today I read that the R.S. P.C.A have visited a farm in Carmarthen. And rescued 46 dogs from unsatisfactory conditions from a breeder, this their 4th visit. .................it is bloody disgusting how some people treat their dogs , and should be banned from keeping animals for life

Victor a lot have been found in the local "travellers site" ( that's one of many places I loved to see bulldozed ) we've been contemplating having another dog but I'm dammed if I'm paying ransom to a breeder for the privilege , the trouble is the Llys Nini is closed , Many Tears are ex breeders dogs worn out and abused. Yes most dogs now are chipped but some go for illegal fighting which doesn't bear thinking about and sometimes its too late regardless of been micro chipped . West Wales always has been rife for unscrupulous breeders and over the past years demand has sky rocketed , pity the dogs whos' owners decide once this lock down is over that they don't need an excuse to go for a walk anymore , I jhope I'm wrong but theres going to be awful lot of abandoned dogs .
Llys Nini is closed temporary,.......I'm told that it is a good place to get a dog, as many of the dogs are case dogs.
We took possession of JAX from Llys Nini, and have been very lucky, .......... trouble is the Wife has bloody ruined him, and he does whatever he pleases.

My Wife was talking to a lady who had crossed the bridge at Loughor to walk her dog on the Loughor side.
She told my wife she was scared to walk her dog on the Bynea coastal path, as some people had been attacked and attempts made to steal their dogs. ............ She felt safe on the Loughor side, as it was more populated by people and their dogs,....................who are these people who are stealing dogs? Are they these bloody so called travellers or Gypos ?............ Sooner that hard labour was brought back as punishment in this country the better.
To think you can't even walk your dog these days is bloody disgusting........These sods should be dumped in the Estuary.

Our dog was a rescue from Greyhound Rescue Wales. They believe she was a travellers dog. She had some burn marks on her side and was so thin when got her that people would stare at us when we walked her. Now she is my wife's baby and the vet says she is slightly overweight at 20kg and spoiled rotten
