I have arthritis and poor communications skills so for me it would have to be STUFF.
Arthritis ! I heard you are one of the top bloody bike riders in Swansea, ...... why not get a tandem , who knows who would help you peddle then. ...... only wondered like ! ! !

Victor recently the only time my joins don't hurt is when |'m on my bike , but I don't half pay for it afterwards. Its a bit of a catch 22 situation really I cycle to keep active then can't move freely because of it .

Sorry Boundy, it was only meant to be a tease. I can sympathise. I have had to put up with a lot since I smashed my hip, then was in hospital, with a serious chest infection, When released, I was stuck in doors for four weeks, then the bloody virus arrived, Government letter told me to stay in, and now yet another letter telling me to iscolate untill Aug 16th. Well you know what happens to your muscles when not used properly for a long period, ........ My walking became very poor, but I am now forcing myself to walk a lot more with a crutch, and things are improving, but my hip can get very sore even in bed.............. Any way sorry again for the tease, you get pleasure from your cycling, keep at it , keep fit,.

No offence taken Victor far from from it , that the trouble with the written word sometimes it can be misconstrued to take on a different meaning but believe me it wasn't , listening to your problems I'm getting off lightly <cheers>

"Heroine" ???
I wish people would stop using the word "Hero" for everything. One knob on twitter even said that the guys who organised the plane with the banner at the Man City Burnley match were heroes.

Give them a Victoria Cross FFS.

Such exaggeration.
Add in “genius” e.g. Ronnie O’Sullivan “genius”. Hardly.
Another word overused and misunderstood applied to those above the median.
Is The Rocket in the same category as Newton, Faraday or da Vinci? I think not.

Totally agree, too many adjectives thrown around these days demeaning the true sense of the word, just head line grabbing nonsense
