You now have to say Person of colour or you will be branded racist and resign from your job as the FA fella did. ;)

Victor first point yes it tells me the legal system is cow towing to virtue signalling politics
As Rina says above they have prove you’re receiving live broadcasts , they’ll keep sending letters more threatening in their content , never admit anything , if they knock your door do not confirm who you are
you don’t need a TV licence if you only watch stored programmes, which are played “on demand” rather than streamed or broadcast live.

For example, you don’t need a TV licence to watch movies and TV programmes on DVD or Blu-ray, or streamed from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Now TV, YouTube and similar services … unless they stream live TV.

You don’t need a TV licence to watch programmes on catch-up TV services, with the exception of the BBC’s iPlayer. You can watch anything stored on services such as ITV Hub, All 4 and My5, as long as you don’t watch live TV. These services are, after all, paid for by advertising.

However, you do need a TV licence to use the BBC’s advert-free iPlayer catch-up service. In this case, you’re paying the BBC because you are consuming BBC content. As the great British orator John Lydon once stated , Fuk em

Thanks for the advice Boundy, and you Rina.".......................... By the way Boundy have you noticed that
Wales on Line had an article that cyclists have had their tyres punctured by tacks deliberatly left on the cycle track on the Prom in Swansea? Do you cycle there often?

Yes Victor I did, Its happened in the past and along the same stretch , probably by some one too fat or lazy to try cycling for them selves and just out to spoil it for others . interesting fact that there's a guy who on his own volition cleans up the tracks , cutting back the overgrowth , picking up litter etc purely just to help others enjoy what we have . No its not me I'm not that saintly but good on him .

The only embarrassment is anyone bowing down to racists who want to defund the police, leave all black criminals out of jail and deface statutes and the cenotaph. Not forgetting that their role model is a foreign career criminal. A drug addicted scumbag who had no respect for anyone.

Good riddance to bad rubbish and **** BLM scum

Depends on if you really do watch anything live. Do you ever watch the news or sporting events ?
I guess you can avoid the £13 per month if you can prove you don't watch anything live.
You can ignore countless letters and/or write back to them, make phone calls etc. if you don't mind the stress of it.

In my opinion, ignoring it is the wrong thing to do as it won't go away - you'll keep getting letters. If you honestly think you have a case not to pay - just prove it to them and it will be sorted. Burying your head in the sand doesn't clear anything up.
