Unfortunately it's now more important to have an online badge of virtue signalling than recognition for doing something actually worthwhile. The human race is getting more screwed by the day. Maybe he's better off getting some value from them now, for himself, rather than possibly leaving them to a generation that'll toss them in a drawer or sell them themselves. I hope it works out for him.

I wonder how these toe rags think and how does that thought process override normal human reaction when those convicted rights are thought more of than the victims right to justice , they must know that those being deported had been convicted of murder, child rape and grievous bodily harm. Should have stood the lot up and have them stand behind one of the engines, set at full throttle https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...in-Court-Appeal-bid-overturn-convictions.html

They should have put them on the plane, handcuffed to the rapists and murderers.

There was one on Oystermouth road just down the road from the Glamorgan , now the exterior is painted black and converted to flats now I believe. It used to have live bands then shut for a bit , reopened under another name ? then finally died as many others have.

Thanks Mathew I knew there was one down that way but memory ain't what it used to be :emoticon-0110-tongu
I took pics of it it's been in the ground a long time but not terrible nick, it's got the hanger brackets as a pub sign its quite big and has Lord Nelson written along bottom. Be interested to know if there was an older Nelson pub pre war long gone.
I'm trying to load a pic of it but as usual this is the only site that's **** at uploading pics unless you crop them so small you can't see **** ! <grr>

You don't have to crop them too small, there's a file size limit on uploading but it means you'll have to encode them as JPEG with a higher compression level. Any photo viewing software should be able to do this. Tell me what you're using and I'll give you instructions.

Thanks, I'm not yo savvy at the tech side, I either screen shot , download or copy from e mail etc into gallery on this tablet. There's an edit then transform option where I resize it. Not sure what or where to find which name for it all I'm using ? Or how to change it to a jpeg ?

There was a pub called the Trafalgar on Oystermouth Road at one time would that have been the Lord Nelson renamed?
