I know it’s not football, but since I have got back from holiday I seem to be really struggling with what I think is sciatica, when I stand and stretch my back and leg is ok, as soon as I sit and am doing a bit of part time driving now, I am in absolute agony, can barely get up and the pain round my backside and down my legs is horrific at times. Any one suffered with this and if you have any quick fixes to help. Most people say doctors pointless for back problems. So over to you guys
Yes it sounds like sciatica. I had it a few years ago. I would be sitting in a meeting and suddy would be forced to stand up by the pain and yes driving was awful. I went to a physio who gave me some excercices. It slowly got better.

Every time I stop driving at a school I get out and stretch and it seems to help and then as soon as I drive can’t get out of the car when I get to where I am going, looks like lots of stretching is the answer and time

Have they weaponized public health care? They have named vaccinated .. I use the term vaccinated loosely, but genetically modified people are now referred to as Homo Borg Genesis, not Homo sapiens?

SADS (Sudden Adult Death Syndrome) will be the new leading cause of death. Doctors are baffled at the sudden rise of deaths. Doesn’t take a doctors degree or Sherlock Holmes to figure this one out....<ok>

UK Sudden Death Syndrome:
The statistics could hardly be more severe: in the UK alone, more than 1,750 people die of sudden cardiac arrest "each week" – the highest figure in Europe.

Come on all you sheep, roll up your sleeves and get your jab!......<ok>
