Aren't the valuations for Rhodes pretty wild as well, though?

And isn't half the EPL after him as well? Last I heard, the teams interested in him were Rangers, Celtic, Spurs, Newcastle, Everton, Arsenal, Man City, QPR, Blackburn, WBA, Sunderland and Melchester Rovers.

Talking up to £6m for him I think.

If he has good advisors and a decent manager h should move to a Championship club like Southampton and learn his trade at the next level rather than going for glory with a decent EPL side where he would not get the chance to settle in & play a few games which would really disrupt his development.
